2003
  • Formed PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd

  • PPCF entered into management agreement on Corporate Finance with K&N Kenanga

2004
  • PPCF Holdings opened Grant Thornton PrimePartners in Thailand (“GTPP Thailand)
  • GTPP Thailand entered into management agreement with Phillips Securities Thailand
2005
  • PPAM launched PrimePartners Merchant Capital, a pilot mezzanine investment company
  • PrimePartners acquired 51% OakTree Advisers
2006
  • PPCF Holdings opened a JV office, GTPP Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City
  • PPCF raised US$450 million in a series of public share placements and private fund raising
2007
  • Brought PPAM, PPCF Holdings and OakTree Advisers together into PrimePartners Group to create a broader based financial and business services grouping to provide more specialized and value added services to the business community in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • PPAM launches PrimePartners Asia Merchant Capital to expand mezzanine investment activities
  • PPCF announces joint venture with fast growing UK broker – Seymour Pierce to bring Asian Companies to IPO on London’s Alternate Investment Market (AIM)

  • PPCF approved as the pioneer batch of Full Sponsors on Catalist, the sponsor-supervised board of the Singapore Exchange
