ServTouch Holdings Pte Ltd

ServTouch Holdings Pte Ltd ("ServTouch") was created from the acquisition of the print and imaging business of Wywy, which has been the distributor of Ricoh copiers in Singapore and Malaysia since 1976.  Since the acquisition, a new management team has been recruited to transform the traditional copier sales company into a broad-based print and imaging and services company to exploit the opportunities arising from the convergence of Office Automation (OA) and Information Technology (IT).

ServTouch has extended the original copier business model to include other hardware platforms such as HP, Kodak, Samsung and Canon, cutting across the consumer, corporate/commercial and industrial print and imaging segments.  It also added on a comprehensive suite of software solutions and services in document and content management.  ServTouch has also entered into after-market maintenance and support services for a broad range of OA and IT products, anchored by major principals such as Hewlett-Packard, Epson, Nokia, Samsung and others.  By extending its support services competency, ServTouch is capitalizing on the trend by large OEMs to outsource their warranty and after-market service delivery to third parties, engaging them on a regional scale across the Asia Pacific region.

ServTouch has managed to increase its revenue significantly since its inception, without any increase in capital.  Its revenues has grown three fold over a period of 5 years from S$30 million in 2003 to S$90 million in its current financial year - from both organic and inorganic growth as ServTouch revamps all its core businesses and aggressively pursue acquisitions to build up a strong ASEAN platform.
